reACT is going full speed ahead as we prepare to launch our newest
campaign, which focuses on ways in which Corporate Tobacco targets teens in Montana. They do it by watching everything teens do. They know what you watch on TV, what you think about, what you wear, who we look up to,
how we spend our time... they're basically obsessed with you. And they
do it because they need you to be replacement tobacco users. They want to addict you now so you'll keep feeding them money for the rest of your lives.
So watch out! They're always watching you!

Give Corporate Tobacco the Boot!
Corporate Tobacco uses Montanans' love for the rodeos to target teens. Stand up and speak out to show Big Tobacco that their products do NOT define our rodeos!
Tobacco-fighting teens joined together at the Montana High School Rodeo Association Finals in Bozeman, MT on June 9-13 at the final event of the reACT Tobacco-Free Rodeo Series.
Tobacco Free Rodeo Campaign
The reACT Tobacco Free Rodeo Campaign honors Montana's best high school rodeo competitors who have pledged to live a tobacco-free lifestyle.
Competitiors who get involved help discourage the number of teens who start using tobacco each year.
At this year's event, teens from the reACT program were on-hand to facilitate activities and educate rodeo participants about Corporate Tobacco. reACT members ran activism sessions and encouraged other students to sign a pledge to be tobacco-free. In addition, reACT awarded two $1000 scholarships to rodeo athletes who pledged to remain tobacco-free.
The reACT Tobacco-Free Rodeo Series was comprised of five rodeos throughout the spring season of the Montana High School Rodeo Association. reACT ended the season at the Finals, during which reACT teens held a Pledge to Wear Red Day, hosted a Bar-B-Q with featured speaker Wyatt Smith and had games to educate others on the dangers of Corporate Tobacco. They also hosted many games including a competitive stick horse rodeo for kids.
